To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during the purchase process.
Products and Images
The product images on our site are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
Orders and Payments
All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. The total amount will be displayed before the purchase is completed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations may be subject to an administrative fee.
Delivery Policy
We deliver to [Gold Coast region?]. Delivery times vary depending on the location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, etc.).
Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a refund or replacement.

Shop Policies
Delivery Policy
We deliver products from Monday to Saturday between x and x. To ensure next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm. We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery: [Delivery time, e.g., up to 2 business days].
- Pick-up at Location: Available at our kitchen in Arundel, free of charge.
We deliver to Gold Coast region. For other locations, please contact us to check availability and additional fees.
Payment Policy

- Bank transfer
All payments must be confirmed at the time of purchase. We do not accept payment upon delivery.
Cancellation and Order Change Policy
Orders for custom products (e.g., breakfast baskets) or made-to-order items must be canceled within [x] hours of order confirmation. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
For ready-made products (e.g., cheese bread, goiabinha), cancellations are accepted up to [x] hours before the scheduled delivery. No cancellations are accepted after this deadline.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with taste or product characteristics. However, if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the issue is our responsibility, we will provide a replacement item or a full refund.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
For custom products (e.g., breakfast baskets), we require that orders be placed at least [x] days in advance. We ensure that these products are made with care and high quality.
