Delivery Policy
We deliver products from Monday to Sunday, depending on availability between 7am and 10am. To ensure next-day delivery, orders must be placed 24 hours prior. We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery: Check the prices for our local deliveries
- Pick-up at Location: Available in Arundel, free of charge.
We deliver to Gold Coast region. For other locations, please contact us to check availability and additional fees.
Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
All payments must be confirmed at the time of purchase. We do not accept payment upon delivery.
Cancellation and Order Change Policy
Orders for custom products (e.g., breakfast baskets) or made-to-order items must be canceled within 12 hours of order confirmation. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
For ready-made products (e.g., cheese bread, goiabinha), cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick up. No cancellations are accepted after this deadline.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with taste or product characteristics. However, if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the issue is our responsibility, we will provide a replacement item or a full refund.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
For custom products (e.g., breakfast baskets), we require that orders be placed at least 3 days in advance. We ensure that these products are made with care and high quality.
